OUR STORY HAS STARTED

vision & mission

the way of learning

At ROSE CIRCLES, while each component of the system possesses its own distinct functions and duties, we are all aligned toward a singular vision, a shared mission, and a consistent core value system.

The Vision is the blueprint of the educational “promised land” we strive to realize within the context of an inevitable future. The Mission is the role we have chosen to assume to make that “promised land” a reality. The Core Values define the mindset and manner in which we move forward on this journey.

core values

Everything starts from within

Integrity

Symbol: A straight ruler—upright and exact, yet friendly.

No one can create major social change alone; one must become a standard-bearer to rally resources. To do so, one must be upright from the start, which includes:

  • [Transparency]: Especially in cooperative projects and community initiatives.
  • [Fairness]: In collaboration, both internally and with partners.
  • [Good Faith]: In the commitments of the business and projects to stakeholders.

Pioneer

Symbol: A technical compass—used to design and build the future.

“Be the change you wish to see in the world.”

The organization itself must dare to accept the responsibility of pioneering, orienting, and leading in a context of constant challenges and change. This requires:

  • [Creativity]: Innovation in every step of implementation is the only way to respond to constant fluctuations, using the value framework as the backbone and learning as the nucleus.
  • [Leadership]: Not just walking alone, but leading and creating conditions for the community, partners, and stakeholders to expand, upgrade, and nurture… paving the way and facilitating progressive change.
  • [Adaptability]: Adopting “Kaizen” as a motto to continuously improve and adapt to new circumstances; not fearing change, and proactively predicting shifts to prepare in advance.

Dignity

Symbol: A crimson red pen—to always keep the red ink fresh in the heart, striking out what is wrong, and highlighting the core principles that must always be remembered.

Those working in education, more than anyone else, must constantly remind themselves of their dignity regarding every decision, both internal and external.

  • [Nobility] (The Scholar’s Spirit – Sĩ): One must stand above fame and profit, placing values and mission above all else.
  • [Conscience] (The Sense of Shame – Sỉ): Without integrity, one will take anything; without a sense of shame, one will do anything. Knowing shame leads naturally to integrity.

The ecosystem structure

Our Three Pillars
The Social Impact Group

Non-profit initiatives connecting businesses to support education—from open libraries and scholarships to career guidance.

The Pioneer Educators Group

NURTURING WITH GREAT CARE

The Big Picture is gradually taking shape and expanding. Guided by a strategy of attracting through “Beauty” (Mỹ) and retaining through “Humanity” (Nhân), the entire system will prioritize the Arts & Design sector as its initial spearhead, followed by the Well-being sector, before expanding into other fields.

Below are the first pieces of the puzzle:

BOOKSTORE

The first “rose” of ROSE CIRCLES, the Bookstore continues to play a pivotal role in generating the revenue necessary to sustain the entire ecosystem. It achieves this by promoting and expanding commercial activities, with key product lines including books, stationery, and learning tools.

ROSE ROAD

A non-profit project designed to help students and fresh graduates visualize a clear career map. It provides insights into specific position requirements, necessary knowledge and skills, and the future vision of the industry to ensure better preparation. The project launches with a focus on Arts & Visual sectors, followed by Well-being, and subsequently expanding to other industries.

PENS HOUSE

Throughout history, the story of pen, paper, and ink has been intrinsically linked to teaching and learning, and to the progress of all humanity, through the preservation and spread of knowledge, experience, contemplation, and philosophy.

PENS HOUSE is not just a home for those who cherish the writing experience as a lifestyle choice, but also an embodiment of the core philosophy of learning, expressed through every design detail of tools that have adapted to each historical era.

EYES OPEN LIBRARY

A non-profit library project focused on Arts & Visual sectors such as painting, design, architecture, and filmmaking. Because books for these fields are often prohibitively expensive and rare, and because these resources can be effectively shared, this is an urgent and essential project for creativity.

EXP OPEN LIBRARY

In creative education—especially in the process of transforming designs into real products—the ability to experience materials firsthand is crucial for designers. Yet, until now, no place has adequately served this need. This space also serves as a hub for material suppliers to showcase and introduce the latest material technologies, accelerating the creation of cutting-edge products.

PROJECT PRONG

This is a key component of our CSR activities aimed at aiding underprivileged students in remote and deep-lying areas. The key differentiator is our focus on deep impact efficiency targeting a specific geographical area and a specific group of students through close monitoring and continuous support over many consecutive years.
